It is for you to create one!\nWalking through snow caped 400 years old houses, where perhaps still some fairies live,  indulging into the winter landscape, snow shoeing surrounded by Swiss famous peaks, they are reaching high…\nLeave the busy city life behind and come to enjoy the peacefulness of this place, incredible landscape and give self-care time for yourself. The Magnificence of winter and the Swiss alps in the off-beaten track place.\nDuring day time we will snow shoe, immerse into the wilderness and enjoy the local landscapes. Experience the softness of the snow and plunge into some adventures. Adventure is where you meet yourself.\nIn the afternoons we will integrate this experience through the practice of Yin Yoga, curling by the fire place with a cup of tea, snuggling up with a blanket. All top upped with the local delights prepared by our private chef Coralie.\nAs the darkness will be spreading early in the evenings, we will take care of ourselves- drink tea, take a Nordic bath watching the stars directly from them…\n \n\n\n\nOur Retreat Venue is authentic and  deluxe\n\n\nActivities during the 4 day retreat\n \n\n\n\n\nWinter hiking- snow shoeing\n\n\nMindfulness & Nature Connection practices\n\n\nDiscover of authentic villages and local life\n\n\nNight Hiking\n\n\nHatha & Yin yoga\n\n\nNordic Bath\n\n\nAnd most importantly- sharing the same experience with other humans, creating memories and having fun!\n  \nYin Yoga Practice\nAfter the active time Outside (Yang), we will practice passive and restorative yoga – Yin.\nIn winter, its important in particular to nurture the passive part as our bodies need more rest than during other seasons.\n \n\nRetreat Venue\n\n\nIn the Val d’Hérens valley rich of patrimony and culture, one can find 200-300 old houses called ,grenier’, ,raccard’, ,mayen’, some preserved, some getting demolished and lost.\nThe place where we will be staying has saved 6 of them and created a tiny village, this is where we will be staying- this is an exceptional place, old from outside, creative and limitless inside. This is a completely private retreat place which includes not only amazing mountain views directly from the bed, but also private Nordic Hot Tubs. Since then, most of her time she spends outside- climbing, hiking, wild camping, walking in the forests, parks and other natural places. She has become hiking ‚guru‘ and is now passionate to share the most beautiful places in the Swiss Alps with the others.
