This region breaths simplicity, coziness and secludness.\nDuring 3 days we will take time to snow shoe in the hidden corners of this Valley, not rushing anywhere, taking our time to appreciate the landscape, cultural life, human and nature connection.\nWe will stay in a local an exceptional historical hotel- its setting, style and the surrounding nature will make you feel as if you are travelling back to Time!.\n,In the depth of winter, I finally learned that there was in me an invincible summer.,  Albert Camus\n\n\n\n\nWhat you can expect from the 3 days\n\n\n\n\nWinter hiking- snow shoeing in an off beaten track\n\n\nWild Life Watching & Observation\n\n\nStay in authentic historical hotel\n\n\nInspiring & supportive group spirit\n\n\nSnow shoeing for around 4h per day: 300-500m up and down, approx 7-10km\n\n\nAnd most importantly- sharing the same experience with other humans, creating memories and having fun!\n\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the place where we will stay\n\n Hof Zuort is a historic hamlet at the end of the Val Sinestra. The inn, log house, barn, chalet, and chapel have been preserved as an ensemble, retaining their original form and function. Today, the farm is the quietest and most secluded Swiss Historic Hotels in Switzerland – located below the tree line. At night, the only light comes from the starry sky above this “Only Starry Sky Hotel”: a truly memorable experience. Historically furnished guest rooms in the original farmhouse and in a chalet dating from 1913 ensure our guests a restful night’s sleep. The restaurant in the traditional parlor, with its tiled stove, is complemented by a sheltered veranda and a sunny terrace. \n\n\nFive kilometers through crunching snow, through shady forest and gorge, and suddenly you emerge from dark fir trees into a clearing. Peace and quiet – you can hear the snowflakes falling – and at times the bright chime of the chapel bells. No artificial light disturbs the starry night sky. The proximity of the vast spruce and larch forest, combined with the sweeping view across the pristine valley to the mountain horizon of the Lower Engadine, inspires wonder and reflection. \nSimple living at a high standard: Daily hospitality, well-maintained accommodation, and self-sufficient farming are the norm at Zuort – formerly a hospice on the old trade route from the Engadine to the Paznaun Valley. The grandeur of the place becomes a truly personal experience.
