Imagine- your feet on a wild mountain trail breathing in fresh oxygen and beauty that come in the form of views, sounds and smells.. standing in the awe of mountain majesty, taking it all in with your eyes and heart.
Witnessing the most beautiful show on Earth: the sound of running streams far below, the melody of peaceful cowbells in a meadow , a profound light heating up your face as the sun goes down…the smell of fresh nature and a cool crisp breeze on your body and indescribable view that is almost hard to absorb.
Welcome to Alpine Heart 3 day trekking experience in the Swiss Alps.
The natural beauty of Nature can help to inspire feelings of awe and wonder, which can have a profound effect on the human spirit. The simple act of being in nature can help to put things into perspective, providing a sense of grounding and balance. We will take plenty of time for Wonder during this trek.
Designed for medium level hikers to advanced or beginners with high motivation and firm physical condition.
We will discover one of the most beautiful parts of Switzerland, yet very secluded and authentic.
Every day we will hike for 4-6 hours (break time included) with a stable pace, taking time for being, enjoy the views, practice mindfulness and eating outside.
We will take the most beautiful hikes in the region ( explored and carefully created by Ruta).
We will stay in a historical hotel in an authentic village of Rougemont.
Physical effort per day:
600-800m up, same down and around 7-10km. There is no major difficulty in the selected hike – though participant need to be in a good physical shape & have steady foot.
During 3 days we will hike, explore mountain waterfalls, lakes, wild flowers, local life, valleys and ourselves.
Your tour leader Camille will share interesting facts about the comestible plants of the moment.

P.S: we take a break time approx every hour. The goal is to enjoy nature and steps rather than rushing through.
Itinerary
We will start and finish in a village of Rougemont.
We will stay in history rich swiss mountain hotel. This is already quite an experience!
Day 1: after getting to know each other, we will go to discover the surroundings of the local villages and soak it the first majesty of the mountains.
Day 2: we will go deeper in a valley above Rougemont to discover local life & the beauty of this valley
Day 3: after breakfast we will go to another town to explore more of the Pays Denhaut region.
One of the things that I love the most about trekking is that moment when, after long day outside, hiking, soaking it all in and sometimes going through challenging terrains, once of the sudden, you arrive to the mountain hut or hotel. Your shelter for the night, your home – where everyone is welcome, no matter your status, physical condition and level of tiredness .’

2 night Stay – Mountain Hotel in Rougemont

As for dining, the restaurant – led by Chef Michaël Burri – is a true showcase of local flavors, serving comforting, seasonal cuisine prepared with love and respect for local produce. Whether for a fireside dinner, drinks on the sunny terrace, or a family meal, the Hôtel de Commune is a vibrant, welcoming spot deeply rooted in the local area.
Culinary Delights at the Hotel
Chef Burri grew up in the Vaud region, where his passion for cooking was passed down by his grandmother Denise, who taught him to cook with heart and generosity.
The cuisine pays tribute to the chef’s grandmother, Denise, with dishes that are authentic, hearty, indulgent, and deeply comforting. The exquisite cuisine is certified Gault & Millaut.

Logistics details:
Need to be in Rougemont train station by 10.30 am on May 15th, 2027
We will finish in Rougemont or nearby town on May 17th, at 4pm
Combinable with more extensive travels in Switzerland – advice available upon request.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
50% or 100% of the price needs to be paid upon the booking the trip
The rest needs to be paid until April 15d, 2027
50% is refundable until April 1st 2027. After this date- its non refundable.
If refund has to be issued, an admin charge of 100 CHF will be charged.
About trek leader- Camille
Camille Mabillard is a Swiss Mountain Leader with a passion for creating meaningful experiences in nature. Based in the Swiss Alps, she combines her love of the mountains with a deep interest in people, communication, and personal growth.
Alongside her work as a mountain leader, Camille is a certified coach, a trained mediator, and is currently studying psychology. She enjoys helping people slow down, reconnect with nature, and discover new perspectives, whether during a challenging hike or a quiet moment observing wildlife.
An enthusiastic birdwatcher and nature interpreter, she loves sharing her knowledge of alpine flora, fauna, and the fascinating ecosystems of the mountains. Her guiding style is caring, engaging, and attentive, with a strong focus on creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere for every participant.
Camille believes that the best adventures are not only about reaching a summit, but also about the connections we build with nature, with others, and with ourselves.
