Montreux Riviera Wild Flower Immersion

May to early June is a special time above Montreux, when the alpine landscapes come alive in full bloom. Hidden just above the town, away from the usual paths, lie forests, waterfalls, and lush, almost tropical-like vegetation that open into expansive alpine meadows. It is here that the wild narcissi begin to flower, transforming the hillsides into soft white, delicately perfumed landscapes. As the snow melts, the first leaves of Narcissus Radiflorus emerge and quickly burst into bloom, releasing the energy stored in their bulbs. This spectacular phenomenon, known since the Belle Époque as “May Snow,” is both rare and fleeting — and during our immersive walk, you will have the opportunity to witness it in its full beauty.
