I am so excited to welcome you to the Be Outside Hiking Club. Finally, in 2026 I can make it a reality. I invite you to discover French Speaking part of Switzerland on foot, to connect with other human beings and immerse into nature at all seasons.
I invite you to make hiking a sustained habit and get outside throughout the the 4 seasons. I promise that will create multiple benefits for your wellbeing as you take your steps outside regularly.
We will go hiking once a month and each hike will have a seasonal topic which will connect you with nature and yourself.
If you miss any of the 12 hikes (vacation, unexpected situations), you will be able to have 8 extra hikes to catch up or join them anyway. In total you will have access to 20 local hikes! WOW!
In summary this is what I would like to offer for you:
⛰12 hikes each on the 2d Sunday of the month (with few exceptions due to bank holiday)- those hikes will be only for members
⛰4 seasonal hikes / 1 day retreats : they will be accessible to all my community incl non members
⛰4 seasonal hikes that will take place on Fridays ( an opportunity to prolong a weekend and enjoy less crowded trails).
⛰ 2 after work hikes – full moon/ evening hikes
Since I moved to Montreux Riviera, I keep being surprised about some hikes where nobody goes and I wish to share them with my community.
If you wish to test the ambiance in the club, you can join for a test hike in the first part of the year- until June 1st, for 80 CHF per day. If you decide to join the club then, this amount will be deducted from your package.

April 19th: Territet to Haut de Caux (with the harvest of wild garlic)

September 6th: Haut de Caux to Villeneuve (including the Harvest of Blackberries!)

IMORTANT: the situation in the mountain is ever changing. Some hikes might need to be replanned due to the change of conditions & terrain.

ADVENTURER:12 hikes + 10 hikes or day retreats ( 1 year of hiking and community): 990 CHF
EXPLORER: 6 hikes + 6 hikes (half a year of hiking and community): 690 CHF
WONDERER: 4 day hikes + 4 (1 per season, note: 1 day retreats are excluded from this offer): 470 CHF
Conditions:
- When you become a member until December 31st, 2025 for all 3 packages validity date of the package is the entire year.
2. When you become a member after January 1st 2026 validity dates are the following:
Adventurer: until December 31st 2026, Explorer: 8 months from the date of purchase Wonderer: 6 months from the date of purchase
Once you become a member by paying a fee, you will receive a more detailed plan where you will be able to mark the outings which you wish to join.
