Ruta Mikulenaite, professional Neuro-Coach
Originally from Lithuania, Ruta has been living abroad for the last 15 years. After graduating from the University of Sorbonne, she has been working in business management and sales for big corporations for 12 years.
Ruta is now a professional neuro-coach (Neuroleadership Institute, London- both in 1:1 and team coaching). She is currently obtaining a certificate in Neuroleadership Principles at Neuroleadership Institute.
She has solid coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills and has worked with individuals from different backgrounds and age groups as well as companies.
Her coaching and facilitation skills have been well recognized to create a positive impact on individuals. By creating Be Outside Coaching movement, she has connected her 2 major passions: activities outside and human development.
